The SunDial Windows NT ® Predictive Dialer Engine is the core of your call center. The Dialer Engine stores leads in a relational database ( Microsoft Access ® or SQL Server ® (optional)) and dials them using state-of-the-art Dialogic ® telephony boards for voice and switching. This provides the fastest data access and the most accurate call detection available today.
The Dialer Engine uses sophisticated algorithms taking several variables into account in order to control the precise number of phone lines required to keep your agents talking most of the time. In addition, the Dialer Engine tracks call counts and call dispositions insuring optimum list penetration.
The easy-to-use, intuitive interface gives your call center managers total control and a real-time view of what's happening in your call center.
Line Status: At a glance the Dialer Engine displays the status of the phone lines - yellow means the phone line is dialing, red means the line is stopped and green means the line is connected to an agent.
Agent Queues: Displays the real-time status of each agent in the call center and their order in the a particular queue. Your agent can be in any of the following queues: available, paused, connected, wrap or callback.
Statistics: The Dialer Engine tracks and displays real-time statistics of agent dispositions, campaign dispositions, agent timing and list penetration.
Multi-Campaign: Dial multiple campaigns and reload or change call lists on the fly.
Administrative Toolbar: Quick access to administrative functions such as importing, query, script editing / distribution, reports, parameters, and timezones.
Segmentation: The Dialer Engine allows the setup and viewing of multiple discrete segments, that is, the grouping of agents and phone lines. This allows you to dial multiple campaigns, using multiple scripting for different projects or products.
